Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to reflect on Williams Institute Ethics Awareness Inventory self-assessment and my personal values in conjunction with the management values at Kudler Fine Foods.  The summary of my paper will show how ethical decision- making involves three components-awareness, articulation and application.  It is also to provide the value of a management team should place on an organization, such as Kudler Fine Foods Chain.

This paper is the show a reflection of my personal values in conjunction with the Williams Institute Ethics Awareness Inventory self-assessment.  It describes the ethical decision making process.  It is also to provide the value that one should place on an organization, such as the Kudler Fine Foods Chain.
    I believe that within the confines of any business organization that one must be able to be fair and practical with the issues that surface.  That would mean that an individual would have to be aware of its surroundings and the circumstances that encompass each issue.  In other words, an individual would have to
      1.)    Be willing to listen to all sides
      2.)    Compare the alternative solution and make a decisive decision
      3.)    This is accomplished by forming a fair opinion
      4.)    Acquire the support mechanisms to back their decision
